Partners in our contentious financial services practice and our employment team have contributed a chapter to the Seventh Edition of the Global Investigations Review’s latest Practitioner’s Guide to Global Investigations.
James Carlton, Sona Ganatra and David Murphy have written the chapter on employee rights from the UK perspective which is available to view here.
James, Sona and David have contributed to the Guide from its inception with chapters authored by leading practitioners from around the world.
In the employee rights chapter, they explore the various employment, regulatory and tactical factors to consider when employees are the focus of, or otherwise asked to assist, an internal or regulatory investigation.
The Guide is aimed at external and in-house counsel, compliance officers and accounting practitioners. It has two volumes, the first of which focuses on global investigations in the United Kingdom and the United States. The second looks at investigations in the rest of the world.
