Fox Williams advised QiO Technologies on $10m funding round

Fox Williams has advised QiO Technologies on a $10 million Series B funding round.

The Fox Williams team was led by corporate partner Paul Taylor, supported by corporate associates Stephanie Tsang and Nik Paskevic and trainee solicitor James Coulthard.

QiO Technologies is an AI-powered sustainability technology start-up supporting energy-intensive businesses to deliver rapid reductions in greenhouse gas emissions and energy costs.

The $10m million in Series B funding from US-based WAVE Equity partners will help QiO expand its operations across Europe and the US, enhance the capabilities of its trademarked Foresight Sustainability Suite and accelerate customer acquisition.
