We are delighted to host a seminar on contracts for the sale and purchase of goods in the fashion sector.
Jointly hosted with the UK Fashion and Textile Association, our seminar will cover the following areas:
- the importance of terms and conditions of sale and purchase;
- what happens if there is force majeure or a contract is frustrated; and
- the impact which non-performance of a contract can have on each of the seller, buyer, agent, and distributor.
The discussion will be chaired by Paul Alger, director of international business development at UKFT and led by Steve Sidkin, partner, Millie Pierce, associate and Hannah McCullagh, associate from our Fashion Law Group.
After the formal presentations, there will be an opportunity to ask questions.
