Fox Williams today welcomes Kofi Mills-Bampoe as a partner in our disputes practice. Kofi has broad litigation experience which encompasses civil fraud, company and shareholder disputes, and disputes concerning complex financial products.
Kofi joins from Candey, a disputes-focussed law firm based in London. Prior to this, Kofi worked at specialist fraud practice PCB Byrne, Macfarlanes and Linklaters. Kofi is the second external partner to join the Fox Williams’ disputes team in the last seven months, following the arrival of securities litigation partner Matthew Reach in December 2022.
