Fox Williams advised innovative healthcare company GlycanAge on its $4.2 million fundraising. GlycanAge provides biological age tests and expert advisory services to improve health outcomes. The additional investment will allow the company to expand into the broader diagnostics market.

The Fox Williams team was led by corporate partner Bryan Shaw, who specialises in supporting clients in venture capital and private equity raises. Supporting on the deal were corporate associate Georgie Glover and senior associate Chien-Wei Lui.

Bryan Shaw said: “We’re delighted to have secured significant funding for GlycanAge and support them on the next level of their development. It’s a dynamic company with an exciting future ahead of it. The deal is emblematic of our expertise acting for start-ups and fast growing companies, as well our ability to secure vital investment for companies, even during more challenging economic conditions.”

Martin Iliev, Chief Financial Officer of GlycanAge said: “Working with Bryan and his team was an absolute pleasure. They were there to support us every step of the way. From the start, we knew fundraising was going to require a lot of effort, but having Fox Williams on board really made the process a lot smoother. We look forward to continuing to build our relationship.”
