As part of London International Disputes Week, Fox Williams is pleased to be partnering with 3 Verulam Buildings and Kroll to host a panel event on securities litigation and ESG.
Together, we will explore whether securities litigation provides investors with an opportunity to hold public companies to account for ESG failings.
This will include a discussion on findings from Kroll’s ESG and Global Investor Returns Study, the most comprehensive quantitative examination between a company’s global stock returns and their ESG ratings.
