Fox Williams has advised the majority shareholders of JAM Start, Andy McNulty and Joseph Jones, on the sale of the company to itrinity s.r.o.
JAM Start, which trades as Touch Stay, allows users of its platform to create and share digital guidebooks. The company has a notable customer base in the hospitality industry. itrinity s.r.o. is a highly acquisitive Slovakian company that builds and operates a large portfolio of SaaS businesses.
The deal was led by head of publishing and digital media, Mary Elliott, and included corporate senior associate, Chien-Wei Lui and corporate associate, James Coulthard. Employment advice was provided by partner, Daisy Jones.
Commenting on the deal, Mary Elliott said: “It has been a pleasure acting for Andy and Joe and we’re delighted to have achieved a highly successful sale for them.
