Fox Williams is delighted to announce its new partnership with Planet Mark, through which the firm has committed to enhanced sustainability practices, robust emissions reporting, and a structured approach toward continuous environmental improvement.
This collaboration reflects the firm’s commitment to transparency and accountability in its environmental impact. Over the past year, Fox Williams has engaged in a comprehensive measurement process with Planet Mark, covering emissions from natural gas, electricity, business travel, waste, and other operational activities.
The firm’s efforts led to a meticulously calculated carbon footprint of 94.7 tCO₂e for FY 2023/24, based on which we have implemented clear, measurable targets for reduction.
Dedication to sustainable practice goes beyond the firm’s reporting. With guidance from Planet Mark, Fox Williams has established a framework to track and reduce its emissions by 5% in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions over the next year, ensuring ongoing progress toward net zero.
To reinforce its commitment, Fox Williams achieved carbon neutrality for FY 2023/24, offsetting 100 tCO₂e through Gold Standard-certified carbon credits. While this is an important milestone, the firm’s focus remains on measurable, year-over-year reductions to reduce emissions at the source, with plans to expand our reporting scope and data quality over the coming years.
This partnership marks a significant step in Fox Williams’ sustainability journey, enhancing its ability to operate responsibly and fostering a long-term commitment to environmental stewardship.
