Fox Williams advises Stifel on transfer of Oriel funds and personnel to CRUX Asset Management

Fox Williams recently advised Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited, a UK subsidiary of Stifel Financial Corp., on the transfer of funds and employees of Oriel Asset Management to CRUX Asset Management. As a result, the investment manager of CFIC Oriel Global Fund, CFIC Oriel European Fund and CFIC Oriel UK Fund changed, following regulatory approval being obtained, from Oriel to CRUX. The funds were rebranded as CFIC CRUX Global Fund, CFIC CRUX European Fund and CFIC CRUX UK Fund. The transaction completed on 31 January 2017.
Stifel Financial Corp. is a NYSE-listed financial services holding company headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, that conducts its banking, securities, and financial services business through several wholly owned subsidiaries, including Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited in the United Kingdom.
