Fox Williams’ publishing and digital media team advise on all legal aspects relating to traditional publishing and digital media.

We have a deep understanding of the legal intricacies surrounding content creation, distribution, licencing and the protection of intellectual property across various platforms.

While technology allows media platforms to evolve and exploit new opportunities in the creation and delivery content, the exponential rate of technological change and growth in AI brings new challenges and uncertainty. We support and advise our clients at all stages of their development and support them in navigating and understanding the legal risks the sector faces.

The cross-departmental team advises clients including world-known publishing houses, independent publishers (ranging from startup to industry leaders), academic publishers, educational content providers, digital content providers, business information providers, literary agents and digital agencies.
