The City law firm has appointed Donna Goldsworthy, Simon Bennett and Peter Faber as partners.
Goldsworthy joins the dispute resolution team from Paul Hastings and specialises in large-scale international commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
Bennett was formerly counsel at Arnold Porter and is an expert in intellectual property and technology law, while Faber joins the corporate department from Jones Day, where he has been a partner for over 10 years advising on public and private UK and cross border M&A and private equity transactions.
