Fox Williams advises four individual sellers on the sale of The New Pub Company Limited

Fox Williams recently advised four individual sellers on the sale of The New Pub Company Limited, a company which owns six pubs in London and the South East, to The Laine Pub Company Limited.  The new pubs will be adding to The Laine Pub Company Limited’s current portfolio of London pubs.

Andrew Woolf led the Fox Williams team on the transaction, assisted by corporate associate Julia McKendry, real estate partner Liz Ruff, real estate associate James Young and tax senior associate Shofiq Miah.
