Fox Williams represented Eric Daniels, the former CEO of Lloyds Banking Group, in his high-profile claim against LBG for a shares award based on the successful integration of HBOS into LBG in 2009 to 2011.
Summary Judgment in Mr Daniels’ favour was given on 27 March 2018.
Fox Williams partners, Tom Custance and Jane Mann, advised Mr Daniels. The court comprehensively upheld Mr Daniels’ contractual entitlement to his award. This was dependent on satisfying a number of objective performance conditions, all of which were fully met.
