The High Court handed down its judgment on 15 September 2020 with an appeal commencing on 16 November 2020 that lasted four days. However, on 15 December 2020, the FCA advised that it had been informed by the Supreme Court that it would not be in a position to hand down the judgment before January 2021. The Supreme Court delivered its judgment on Friday 15 January 2021.
