Fox Williams advised Bonhill Group and its subsidiary, Bonhill Media UK Limited, on all aspects of the disposal of its Business Solutions and Governance Division to Stubben Edge Group. The transaction was led by corporate partner Mary Elliott and senior associate Chien-Wei Lui, with assistance from associate Anjali Aravindhan.
Bonhill Group is a global media company that provides analysis, insight, networking and data for financial services companies. Stubben Edge Group is a technology-based financial services group that provides a digital platform where distributors, brokers and Independent Financial Advisers can start, run, and grow their businesses.
