Fox Williams has advised Aukett Swanke Group Plc on the acquisition of the Torpedo Factory Group.
The Fox Williams team was led by corporate partner Mary Elliott, supported by corporate senior associate Chien-Wei Lui, associate Nik Paskevic and trainee solicitors James Coulthard and Joe Cannon.
AIM-listed Aukett Swanke Group Plc is an architectural and interior design practice with studios in London, Istanbul, Berlin, Frankfurt and the UAE, designing small and large-scale projects that focus on the wellbeing of people and a responsibility to the planet.
The Torpedo Factory Group is an audio, visual and stage technology business enhancing events and conferences for businesses around the world.
Its acquisition will enable the enlarged Aukett Swanke Group to offer a wider range of services to existing and new clients in the global property industry.
