Fox Williams advised Aukett Swanke on its acquisition of TR Control Solutions, a systems integration and software development services provider. This transaction is Aukett Swanke’s third acquisition since March 2023. Fox Williams advised on its acquisition of Torpedo Factory Group Limited and Anders + Kern U.K. Limited in March and July this year, respectively.
The Fox Williams team was led by corporate partner Mary Elliott and corporate associate Nik Paskevic with support from trainee solicitor Tara Reeves.
