London International Disputes Week panel event with Fox Williams, 3 Verulam Buildings, and Kroll

As part of London International Disputes Week, Fox Williams partnered with 3 Verulam Buildings and Kroll to host a panel event on securities litigation and ESG.

Together, we explored whether securities litigation provides investors with an opportunity to hold public companies to account for ESG failings. 

This included a discussion on findings from Kroll’s ESG and Global Investor Returns Study, the most comprehensive quantitative examination between a company’s global stock returns and their ESG ratings.
