Fox Williams has advised Outward VC as the lead investor in Firenze’s £2.5 million seed funding round.
Outward VC is a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage FinTech and connected sector founders. Firenze is an innovative FinTech business focused on transforming Lombard lending. The funding round, which also saw participation from Form Ventures, Portfolio Ventures, and angel investors, marks a significant step in Firenze’s growth.
Fox Williams advised Outward VC on all legal aspects of the investment, with this deal being the latest of a number of deals the firm has supported Outward VC on. The deal team was led by corporate partner Guy Morgan, supported by senior associate Stephanie Tsang and associate Li Ann Chew.
