Fox Williams has advised Outward VC on its investment in Adclear’s £2.1 million seed round. Outward VC is an early-stage investment firm backing founders building innovative solutions across financial services and other regulated markets.
Adclear has developed an AI-powered compliance automation platform designed to help marketing teams manage, review and approve financial promotions more efficiently.
The funding round also saw participation from AFG Partners, Tenity and Haatch and a group of key angel investors. This investment marks a significant step in Adclear’s growth.
Fox Williams acted as legal adviser to Outward VC throughout the transaction, continuing our long-standing relationship. The deal team was led by corporate partner Guy Morgan, supported by senior associate Stephanie Tsang and associate Nik Paskevic.
