Stephen Sidkin, David Williams, and Tom Morton will share their insights as part of an in-person legal update and pre-Christmas drinks reception for members of the UK Fashion and Textile Association (UKFT) on Wednesday 10 December.
As part of the update:
- David will be exploring the new Employment Rights Bill, in particular the obligations and what must be considered now so far as employees are concerned.
- Tom will be discussing upwards only rent reviews, whether these will be banned in 2026, and what that will mean for leases.
- Stephen will be talking about EU Digital Product Passport software, addressing the issue of being miss-sold the latter and the subsequent legal recourse.
The event will be held at the UKFT’s offices at 3 Queen Square, London, WC1N 3AR.
