I am a junior paralegal in our real estate team supporting complex transactions and contributing to key commercial projects within a fast-paced legal environment.”

Frederick provides legal support to the commercial real estate team in his role as a junior paralegal. His work includes managing the administrative and procedural aspects of leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals, as well as development matters and legal charges. He has experience conducting title reviews, preparing SDLT forms, communicating with HM Land Registry, and supporting due diligence processes across a range of property types.

He joined the real estate team following a successful secondment from the firm’s finance team, where he previously worked as a legal cashier. His background spans finance and commercial administration, including roles in credit control and project management. This enables him to bring a commercially focused and practical approach to legal work.

Frederick is an active member of the firm’s social and charity committee.
