Defended Blockchain Game Partners Inc in a High Court trade mark dispute with Ladbrokes and Entain PLC, achieving favourable rulings and a confidential settlement supporting continued global growth.

Represented Superdry in a High Court trade mark dispute with Manchester City, securing settlement on day one of trial after obtaining the first Court-ordered mediation under the new CPR rules. DKH Retail Ltd & Ors v City Football Group Ltd [2024] EWHC 3231 (Ch) (21 November 2024).

Successfully Acted for Bentley Clothing in trade mark infringement dispute: Bentley Clothing v Bentley Motors in the High Court and Court of Appeal [2019] EWHC 2925 (Ch) and [2020] EWCA Civ 1726.

Successfully acted for SHEIN in a high-profile copyright claim against Temu over the unauthorised use of thousands of product images, securing a High Court interim injunction and ongoing takedown obligations. Also defended SHEIN in a copyright and design infringement claim involving the Naked Wolfe brand, achieving a confidential settlement.
