Laundry Athletics reaches agreement with Arcadia Group Brands over iconic jacket

Arcadia Group Brands has agreed a compromise with Laundry Athletics over its alleged copying of an iconic Superdry branded leather jacket famously worn by David Beckham.

Laundry Athletics had threatened Arcadia Group Brands with legal action in respect of the alleged copying.

Laundry Athletics and its parent Supergroup, represented by its lawyers, Fox Williams LLP, are committed to protecting their intellectual property rights and are dedicated to aggressively pursuing any infringements of Laundry Athletics' designs.
