Conrad is an associate in Fox Williams’ Dispute Resolution team, with a practice focused on securities litigation, civil fraud, and regulatory disputes. He advises both institutional investors from around the world and retail claimants in complex, high-value claims under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA) against listed companies, often arising from misstatements to the market or corporate governance failures.

In addition to his securities work, Conrad acts in civil fraud proceedings and investigations involving allegations of deceit, breach of duty, and asset tracing across multiple jurisdictions. He also assists clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions brought by the FCA and other regulators.
