I am an associate in Fox Williams' corporate team, advising on a range of domestic and cross-border corporate and M&A transactions.”

Eve has experience advising on a variety of corporate matters including international and domestic private M&A, private equity transactions and general corporate advisory work such as constitutional documents and shareholder and investor agreements. Her experience also includes advising on corporate venturing activities including managing follow on investments and divestments of majority and minority equity stakes.

Eve joined Fox Williams in September 2019 and previously completed a secondment to the in-house M&A team at Pearson Plc, the listed FTSE 100 publishing and education company.
