Ghosia is an associate in the Real Estate team at Fox Williams. She has experience advising corporate occupiers, investors and developers on a broad range of real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations and asset management of property portfolios.

She also has experience in high-value real estate finance transactions, predominately acting for institutional lenders, which often have cross-border elements. Her work spans various sectors, and she takes a proactive and commercial approach when advising clients, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and aligned with the strategic objectives of clients.

Before joining Fox Williams, Ghosia trained and qualified at a national law firm and was previously also seconded to NHS England managing its estate portfolio whilst working at an international law firm.
