Before joining Fox Williams, James trained and qualified at a US law firm, where he advised on IP-rich transactions, licensing arrangements, and cross-border regulatory issues. He has acted for clients in the software, medical technology, education, and gaming sectors, including platform developers, healthtech companies, and academic institutions.
