Kofi is a solicitor advocate focused on complex commercial disputes and related investigations. He has extensive experience of contentious matters and court proceedings involving high-value corporate and shareholder disputes, civil fraud claims and urgent injunctive relief. He regularly represents both claimants and defendants.
Kofi has successfully acted for many corporates and individuals to obtain and enforce both final judgments and interim relief. He also regularly acts on corporate investigations involving alleged fraud or financial misconduct, in addition to complex settlements and mediations. Kofi advises clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on tech firms, financial institutions, and travel companies.
Kofi joined Fox Williams in 2023 from a leading disputes-only firm, where he acted on a range of litigation and arbitration matters across various jurisdictions. Kofi also previously worked at a specialist fraud litigation firm, leading the conduct of large-scale freezing injunctions, asset recovery, and jurisdictional disputes. Prior to this, Kofi spent over a decade working in the dispute resolution teams at Macfarlanes and Linklaters, where he also trained.
