Lex joined the firm in October 2025, after spending five years at an international firm within their contentious and non-contentious financial services team.

She has a particular focus on conducting and advising both financial services firms and individuals on internal and external investigations across the full investigative lifecycle, as well on regulatory enforcement proceedings at all levels, including matters before the Upper Tribunal. Lex also provides non-contentious regulatory advice on regulator engagement and has experience in fraud and white-collar crime matters.

Lex has also been on secondment to a global financial services firm within its conduct risk and investigations team where she worked closely alongside the employment team conducting internal investigations into both financial and non-financial misconduct and advising on stakeholder engagement.
