Stephanie Tsang advises on a range of corporate matters with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border private M&A and venture capital investments. Stephanie also has experience advising on general corporate advisory matters such as shareholders’ agreements and reorganisations. Stephanie also works closely with our tax team on employee incentive arrangements such as option schemes and growth share plans.
Prior to joining Fox Williams as an associate in May 2021, Stephanie trained and qualified at an American-headquartered international law firm based in London.
