Guy is a corporate partner and head of M&A at Fox Williams. With more than 20 years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of corporate finance, he acts for UK and international businesses, investors and entrepreneurs on mergers and acquisitions, private fundraisings, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. He also has significant experience in equity capital markets transactions, public takeovers and other complex or cross-border matters.

Guy advises a wide range of clients, from high-growth disruptors and scale-ups to established market leaders and prominent entrepreneurs, on their corporate and transactional requirements. He has particular expertise in the financial services, technology and FinTech sectors, and is head of Fox Williams’ banks practice, advising challenger, foreign and small UK banks as well as other regulated businesses.

Drawing on deep sector knowledge and extensive transactional experience, Guy takes a pragmatic, commercially focused approach to achieving his clients’ strategic objectives. He supports management teams and boards on growth strategy, investment and exit planning across the full business lifecycle.
