British Airways and British Gas are just two companies that have come under scrutiny for their “fire and rehire” policies. More recently, an injunction was granted to prevent the use of fire and rehire by Tesco – and we write more about the consequences of the decision here.

In light of this, the training session offers practical solutions to minimise the risks that arise during the process of dismissal and re-engagement of an employee. Using real-life examples, you’ll be able to fully understand your responsibilities as an employer, ensure you are familiar with the current ACAS guidance and given a comprehensive guide to the consultation processes required and what constitutes a ‘fair process’. By the end of the course you’ll have a thorough understanding of how best to change a pre-existing employment contract whether the other party agrees or not.

Flexible pricing

The price per delegate for each half-day session is £80.00 plus VAT. If two colleagues from the same organisation attend the price is £150.00 plus VAT, three colleagues from the same organisation £220.00 plus VAT. If an individual wishes to book for two or three of the sessions, the same discount applies.
