The final two panellists for Fox Williams’ Pre-Moot debate have been named as Anneliese Day QC and Professor Denis Mouralis. They will join Lord Wilson of Culworth, former Justice of the Supreme Court, who was previously announced as a panel member.
Anneliese Day QC of Fountain Court Chambers is a former International Arbitration Silk of the Year and Denis Mouralis is an arbitration specialist, a professor of law at Aix-Marseille University and attorney at the Paris Bar.
The Pre-Moot debate takes place on Wednesday 23 February at 4pm with the speakers debating the procedural issues raised by this year’s Vis Moot Problem.
Partner and co-head of Fox Williams’ international arbitration practice, Peter Ashford, who will chair the panel debate says: “It’s a pleasure to welcome Annelise and Denis to the debate along with Lord Wilson of Culworth. We are looking forward to hearing the panel’s insights and listening to their unique views on the Vis Moot Problem.”
