Our legal experts will also provide practical insights on how to navigate these issues. Stephen Sidkin, partner and chair of the Fashion Law Group and head of the ESG Group, will explore the topic from a contractual perspective, with a particular focus on digital product passports (DPPs). Legal director, Anisha Patel, will examine the role of corporate governance (and how to respond effectively when things go wrong).
