Stephen has experience of a wide variety of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant transactions and property developments. He acts for a wide range of clients, including landlords, tenants, developers, funders, entrepreneurs, institutional investors as well as larger corporations and private individuals, across a wide array of sectors including the retail, industrial, office and residential sectors.

He has experience in advising on both freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing matters, with a focus on Prime Central London property.

Stephen also advises on all legal aspects of non-contentious  construction matters acting for clients on the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties.
