Tom is a property litigator and specialises in all types of court and trial work, including complex real estate disputes, commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, dilapidations, rent reviews, hostile and non-hostile lease renewal proceedings, service charge disputes and leasehold enfranchisement.

  • Advised a Knightsbridge hotel owner negotiating and procuring termination of numerous telecommunications licences and site clearance to make way for major redevelopment project.
