Property disputes experience

• Acted for a landlord on a complex water ingress landlord and tenant dispute on prime West End retail premises.

• Advised on the service of notices and possession proceedings through an Upper tier Tribunal Lands Chamber on behalf of landlords in respect of equipment installed under the Telecommunications Code.

• Successful appeal to the Supreme Court of Appeal on a Party Wall matter. We acted on behalf of the successful party in respect of this matter relating to a prime Central London residential property in Mayfair.

• Secured possession of premises by negotiation rather than Court Order for high value property on the Cadogan Estate.

• Acted on a complex collective enfranchisement matter for a South London property involving a Court Proceeding and numerous first-tier Tribunals.

• Issued and settled proceedings against a Knightsbridge landlord for failure to grant consent to alterations.
