Aron advises both employers and employees and his clients range from multinationals to start-ups, law firms, fintechs, PE firms, listed companies and banks.

Aron has particular experience in dealing with high-value employment and partnership disputes involving whistleblowing, discrimination, bonuses, restrictive covenants and team moves. He has considerable experience of defending and bringing claims for unfair and wrongful dismissal in the employment tribunal and of supervising junior lawyers in undertaking this work for employers and employees.

Aron also helps clients with general HR issues such as disciplinaries and grievances, and advises on the redundancy and TUPE implications of large business reorganisations and transfers. Aron’s main sector focus areas are financial and professional services, fintech and technology. He acts for numerous employers in the natural resources sector. He is frequently involved in cross-border deals and disputes.   • Representing investment firm C5 Capital in its successful defence of a claim for whistleblowing interim relief in the Employment Tribunal

  • Acted for an international law firm on the defence of a former partner’s whistleblowing and employment status claim.

  • Provided advice to financial services firms on the impact of the Senior Managers and Certification Regimes, including training management, implementing new terms and conditions, disciplinary / capability issues and references.

  • Acted for a partner pursuing an eight-figure age discrimination claim against his law firm in the Employment Tribunal.
