Bryan Shaw regularly advises founders, scale-ups/fast growing companies and investors along the equity fundraising journey through to exit. From working with founders through the early rounds of fundraising (Seed, Series A, Series B), Bryan has extensive knowledge and experience to guide founders and investors through the challenges that come with early-stage equity investments.

Bryan also advises serial acquirers (“Searchers”) with their acquisitions in all sectors with deals ranging in size from £2 million to £50 million. With the help of his colleagues at Fox Williams, Bryan has become known as the “go-to” solicitor in the “Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition” or ETA industry.

Outside of working with entrepreneurs, Bryan also advises a range of corporate clients in various M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions.

Bryan has a diverse background as a dual-qualified solicitor (England & Wales and Australia) and a range of experiences, from working for multinational institutions to boutique specialist law firms. When not behind the desk, you might find Bryan playing cricket, watching Australian rugby league or spending quality time with his young family.
