I am a partner in Fox Williams' corporate team, advising on a range of transactional matters including UK and cross-border M&A, venture capital investments and fundraisings.


Hannah is a partner in Fox Williams’ corporate team and specialises in advising clients on complex UK and cross-border transactions. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, growth-stage fundraisings and corporate reorganisations, particularly within the tech and FinTech sectors.

She also advises on equity incentive arrangements, joint ventures, AIM IPOs, and a broad range of corporate governance and advisory matters for both private companies and AIM-listed entities.

With a strong track record in acting for growth companies, entrepreneurs, institutional investors and multinational corporates, Hannah combines commercial insight and deep sector knowledge with technical rigour to help clients navigate high-stake deals and long-term strategic investments.

Experience

  • Advised Volaris Group on the acquisitions of Lifecycle Software and MDS Global.

  • Advised Digital Moneybox, the mobile savings and investment app, on its £14 million Series B funding round led by Eight Roads Ventures, the proprietary investment arm of Fidelity International Limited.

  • Advised Euronext-listed Sopra Steria, a major tech player in Europe, on the UK aspects of its acquisition of Aurexia, a management consulting firm specialising in financial services.

  • Acted for Puretech Environmental on their acquisition of ASL Group.

  • Advised Summerway Capital Plc, a newly established investing company, on its initial public offering on AIM and £6.1 million placing.

  • Advised Directa Plus, the AIM quoted producer and supplier of graphene-based products on its placing and open offer to raise £8.24 million in connection with the acquisition of Setcar, a Romanian waste management business.

  • Advised Jim Lewcock and various other founders on the sale of their shareholdings in The Specialist Works Limited by virtue of a management buyout.
