James Leese joined Fox Williams’ real estate department as an associate in October 2021. He regularly acts for both landlords and tenants in national and London-based commercial lease transactions and advises corporates and high net worth individuals on a wide range of other property-related matters, including with development and financing considerations.

James also assists Fox Williams’ corporate team on the property considerations of business transactions and has post-qualification experience in the corporate and commercial department of a national law firm.
