Fox Williams advised Aukett Swanke Group Plc on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Anders + Kern U.K. Limited.
Aukett Swanke is an architectural and interior design business. Anders + Kern is a leading distributor of workspace & audio visual technologies.
The Fox Williams team was led by corporate partner Mary Elliott and corporate associate Nik Paskevic with support from tax director Joanne Varia.
The deal will allow Aukett Swanke to accelerate its Smart Buildings strategy. The acquisition represents the third deal Fox Williams has assisted Aukett Swanke on in the last 18 months, having previously advised on its acquisition of Torpedo Factory Group in March 2023 and the sale of its Middle East business, John R Harris, in May 2022.
