Fox Williams acted for CapitalRise on a £250 million funding facility, the fifth and largest funding facility it has secured. CapitalRise is a property lender for developers looking for bridging or development loans for prime London or home counties properties.

The Fox Williams team was led by partner Jon Segal, who co-heads the firm’s financial services team and leads the FinTech and alternative finance sector offering. Financial services and FinTech senior associate, Charlotte Eliasson, supported on the deal.
