Alicja focuses on safeguarding clients’ intellectual property rights by dealing with trade mark and design filing and prosecution.

She has experience in conducting trade mark searches, preparation and filing of trade mark applications and monitoring trade mark portfolios. Alicja deals with office actions and renewals and assists with opposition proceedings.

Prior to joining Fox Williams, Alicja worked as a trade mark paralegal at a London-based IP firm.
