Imtiyaz joined the Fox Williams employment team as an associate in October 2022. He advises clients on a broad range of employment matters, including disciplinary matters, redundancy processes and employee exits.

Imtiyaz acts for both employers and senior executives across various industries, including Financial Services (Banking and Insurance), Professional Services and Technology.

He has particular experience of advising on employee exit negotiations and settlement agreements (for both employers and senior executives), redundancy processes, and advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions (asset and share acquisitions or disposals).
