I am a partner in Fox Williams’ real estate team. I help investors, lenders, owner-occupiers, family offices and scaling companies to buy, sell, fund and lease property. My approach is to be highly responsive with high energy: giving clear, commercial advice that keeps momentum, whether on a portfolio acquisition, an HQ move, M&A deals, or fast moving office requirements. Rebecca is a partner in Fox Williams’ real estate team and advises on a wide range of commercial property matters, including investment acquisitions and disposals, owner‑occupier acquisitions, leasing (landlord and tenant) and strategic asset management. She also handles secured lending and property finance and acts on high‑net‑worth residential deals.

Rebecca regularly leads the real estate elements of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Her clients include UK and international investors and lenders, family offices, corporate occupiers and high‑growth companies. She has particular experience in tech and FinTech, advising venture capital and private equity firms on office strategy and portfolio needs, and supporting start‑ups from Series A onwards through scale‑up moves and headquarters projects. She also acts for clients in the retail, industrial and professional services sectors.

Known for pace, clarity and responsiveness, Rebecca takes time to understand each client’s business so her advice is practical and commercial.
