Rebecca is a Legal Director in Fox Williams’ real estate team and advises on a wide range of commercial property matters including investment acquisitions and disposals, owner-occupier acquisitions, leasing and strategic asset management.

She also handles matters relating to secured lending and property finance, and her clients range from investors to financial institutions, family offices and high net worth individuals.

Rebecca is also experienced in advising corporate occupiers operating in the tech and fintech sector with their office requirements as well as acting for clients in the retail, industrial and professional services sectors.

Rebecca is a member of the firm’s Fashion Law and Fintech groups, and sits on the ESG committee.

  • Advised on the real estate aspects of a M&A deal for a large self-storage company as part of a vast expansion of their self-storage business involving five leasehold properties across the UK.

  • Advised an investor landlord in relation to the letting of five floors of office space in a prestigious building in central Mayfair at a total annual rent of over £3.5 million.

  • Advised a global media, production and broadcasting company on their re-gear and acquisition of additional leasehold office space in a Grade II listed building in Euston.

  • Advised a large property investment company on its acquisition of a new office site in South Wales, subject to numerous occupational leases.

  • Advised a listed software company on the sale and leaseback of its head office in London.

  • Advised on the real estate aspects of the acquisition of a large publishing company by a private equity house which includes a substantial freehold London property and other real estate assets located in multiple jurisdictions.
