Corporate law is at the heart of Fox Williams LLP.  Our particular strengths are in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and capital markets.  We are known for our commercial acumen and responsive, practical style of service.  We have a team of more than 25 corporate lawyers of whom 11 are partners.  

Our M&A team has a wealth of experience in transactions ranging from the sale and purchase of owner-managed private companies to complex international transactions and public company take-overs.  We also handle acquisitions from administrators and liquidators.
